This company is great in keeping my ant and spider problem under control. The staff are always professional and courteous. The staff always send out reminders for my appointment times and I feel the prices are reasonable. I have been using the company for several years and I would highly recommend them.
I am very happy with this company! They are very communicative (always text me the day before the service and when they are on their way the day of). My technician is so friendly and nice. They do a great job! I love that they use natural products as I can feel assured that my little girls aren’t breathing in chemicals.

Ecofriendly USA Pest Control is the best, they came to my place and eliminated the horrible cockroach infestation, it has been 8yrs since I have seen one at my home. We had a termite treatment for both subterranean and dry wood termites. Thankgod was really nice and patient. He treated the whole house, and check the attics. And he also showed me every part he treated and gave really helpful suggestions. And also when we had the inspection, they didn't push us to sign or do anything. They just gave us their suggestions and gave us time to think and decide what we wanted to do about it.
This company is honest, fair, and way above-board compared to most other pest control companies. Yomi came to my residence and he was the epitome of professionalism and kind. What I experienced was nothing short of wonderful. Yomi was concerned about solving the problem and not making a sale; in short, he had the customer's best interest in mind. Very happy with Ecofriendly USA Pest Control. Great customer service and the technicians Thankgod was great too. They provide monthly pest service for us and they took care of a roof rat problem we had. They provided traps and patched up all of the places where the rats were coming into our attic and basement. They took time to explain the inspection and needed repairs and provided pictures. Overall very happy with their service and would recommend!
The representative that came out was very detailed on what to expect each time they come out. What they will cover, what to expect if we are not home, answered my questions, very well mannered. He also explained they will come out if we feel there is any need for additional spraying at a reasonable price. We have dogs and he said the spray is pet safe & could let the dogs out right after the spray which is fantastic for the dogs & us too. I look forward to seeing them take care of our home and the excellent service i received today.
Bugs were biting me in bed at night, so naturally, I thought I had bed bugs. I called dozens of exterminators and got dozens of different responses from “throw out your bed, bedding, clothes, etc. and then call back” to “the entire apartment building will need to be tented.” Ecofriendly USA Pest Control was different. They asked me about the bites and said that I probably didn’t have bed bugs. They came out, look around, and determined that I had bird mites. They offered to spray for a very reasonable price. Ecofriendly USA Pest Control was knowledgeable, understanding, and friendly. They were quick to respond and willing to work with my schedule. Next time I have a bug issue, I will call Ecofriendly USA Pest Control.
